The dual lead worm is a one-piece unit that is more rugged and accurate than the conventional split worm gear used by many other builders and provides a smooth uninterrupted motion, easier adjustment for backlash and requires minimum maintenance.

When performing static cutting operations, the Rotary Table is held rigidly in place by an integral hydraulic brake assemble with a massive contact area, the clamping position is much closer with faceplate for better performs.

This distortion-free brake is operated by hydraulics from the machine, an optional mini hydraulic power unit or it can be used by pneumatic source with optional an air/oil intensifier(PHC booster).
